Return Policy -

- Upon receiving your parcel, and considering the additional measures for the health and safety of our warehouse team, we will reach out to confirm the receipt of the returned items and to inform you that your refund or exchange has been processed accordingly.

- We are unable to refund any shipping costs you may incur for both the delivery of the item to you and the return of the item to us, unless we have dispatched the incorrect items, or if your order is defective, damaged, or not as described upon arrival.

- We cannot refund any Tax, Customs, or Duties charges that you may have incurred during the delivery process.
